I feel like describing yourself in a nutshell, or should I say in a box on a matrimonial site is the hardest part of this process. But anyway, you gotta do what you gotta do. When it comes to religion, I tend to have very simplistic beliefs. I feel like it's a personal thing. Whatever anyone does in regards to following Islam, he/she should do it for Allah (SWT). I believe we are accountable for your own actions. The most you can do in a marriage however, is try to work as a team in incorporating both deen and dunya in your lives. I was brought up as a moderate muslim and intend to keep myself that way.
